4222 hexagon - how to set up?

Can someone help me with correct team orders and arrows in my team tactic - 4222 hexagon?

My team looks like above.

I have the best team quality in my league but I have problem with winning.

Any advice required.

If i had a team like that id use 3w-1dmc-2mc-2amr/aml-2st. I've found it to be very good. Gives you all the diversity you need. Ever since i started using that tactic im undefeated.

Hexagon is easy to counter.
Thats just my input if worth anything at all

As for orders. Red arrows on wing defence. Mentality: attacking. Passing: mixed. Pressing: whole pitch. Passing: normal. Tackling: normal. Marking: zonal

No offside trap and no counter

orders really depend on your opponent. As for a basic setup I would say red arrows on STs and AML/R, Blue arrows on DCs. normal mentality, mixed passing. The rest is usually decided depending on the formation you are up against
