To beat 3-1-2-2-2 wide diamond

Hey Guys,

I need to beat this guy, very badly. It's a friend of mine, who spends waaay to much money on tokens.
After reading some tactics, I chose this setup:

Mentality: Normal
Focus: Down flanks
Pressing: Own half
Tackling: Normal
Passing: Mix
Marking: Zonal

His setup is like this:

Last game I lost 2-0 on his stadium, next match will be on my own stadium... Any ideas how to beat this token team?

3n-5-2 flat works well against 3-5-2V

He is stronger than you so i would play defensiv with counter or normal without. Down flanks, mixed passing, hard tackling, own half, zonal.
Red arrows on one striker, mr, ml. Blues on the outside dc's because the am's.
The mentaly is up to you and you can change during the match.
For me it has worked. I hope this works for you. But i cant promise you 100% win.
Be sure your moral is over 90% because the hard tackling.
