Orders on 5-3N-2 against 3N-1-4-2

I will face a opponent with stronger players. His formation: 3N-1-4-2, mine: 5-3N-2. What arrows and orders should I use?

In this season I faced 2 opponents(1 in cup matches and other CL) with 3N-1-4-2 formation(One of them better quality team then me and other near same quality). I used flat 4-5-1 formation with normal mentality;focus passing : down both flanks; pressing style : own half; tackling style hard; passing style : short; masking style : zonal; all defenders and middle MC blue arrow and others red. And the result was quite good for me (2-1/3-0 and 2-0/2-0).
