yeah with 3w he is protecting his flanks better. Maybe try 3n-2w-1-2-2
I lost 4-2, a game is even more to revalidarme and follow in the quarterfinals of the cup, the positive things that have made 2 away goals.
somebody else might have a good counter for you, so ask someone directly maybe. Or just bump this post every few hours
You are countering this formation?
DL-------DC-------DR
--------DMC---------
-----MC------MC-----
AML--------------AMR
-----ST------ST-----
His DMC won't be hard defending (most likely) since he has a DC right behind him, so a single striker formation should work. You will want to attack down the middle and defend flanks. So I'm thinking 4-4-1-1 or 4-3W-2-1. Both are more midfield heavy since AML/AMR are counted as "wing". The 4-3W-2-1 should use a blue defense arrow on the MC and neutral everywhere else and 4-4-1-1 is a little more risky since you will be defending two strikers.
Another option is 4-2N-2W-1-1 neutral arrows and attack down the flanks. I took this option in a friendly against 4-2-2-2 Hexagon with good success (very comparable since it's just motivating a DC to DMC).
thanks for the advice, I'ma change a 4 3w aml amr st
his formation is not 3-5-2 v style, it is 3w-4-3 narrow diamond. If that is the case I would suggest you go with 3n-5-2 v style, or 4-5-1 v style, and attack the flanks
