How would you use 451V (orders) present day.

hi guys, in this thread i would like know your ways how to operate this tactics properly,i mean mentality,passing style,counteratttakin plays or not and so on...if the opponent is better or worse,etc

451v is a balanced one with either dm and am line, so the appropriate tactic should be normal, mixed passing,mixed focus, others are dependable. Red arrows on amr,aml (red on st is an option)
