They tend to miss out blanks. Sometimes they specify the number in each row or sometimes confusingly they use a short-hand methods too.

eg shorthand 4-5-1V is actually 4-1-2-2W-1, sometimes ppl say 3-5-2flat so when someone else says 3-5-2 they are then asked "which one?" No consistency, best just to remember them >.<
