4-3-1-2 counter

Hi guys! I'm new in this forum.
I really need your help guys to tell me what counter formation and orders will work against 4-3-1-2

He is more powerful than me. My player quality is 22,6 against his 26,9. My defence players are lower than my attack players. What counter formation shall i use ? Last time i tried to use 4-5-1 v style but he won 1-0 cuz i received red card in 89 min and he scored from penalty kick.... Tomorow are the 1/4 in champions league, so its my last chance to win.

Hi! I'm no pro on this, but that tactic is on the "Table of Counter Formations" List, first thread on this topic. You should use one of these:
4-3N-2(AML/AMR)-1 or 4-5-1 V-Style

I'm allways winning with 4-5-1 v style

4-5-1 v style is a great counter for this formation. passing down both flanks
