Need suggestion against 4-2MC-3W-1 (hardly see this formation)

Hi all, I try to refer to counter formation guide and quite browse through this forum but can't really find any good counter formation against this formation below. My opponent with this formation is really successful so far. Can u guys help me out with some suggestion? Thanks so much.

I'm thinking of using below formation which I have never use before

-he only have one ST so I can use 3 narrow DC
-he has no DMC so I can exploit with AMC
-use DMC DML DMR to stop his 3 attacking midfield?
