coming to the end of season need formation advice

hi i have been using this 4-3-3 this season i have a pretty good team (even if i do say so myself) I was wondering what improvements i could make when looking for a couple of players at the start of next season.

I am level 11.
My team average is 79.6
My 1st 11 are all level 80 or better and are quite young

Also my midfielders keep getting rated 5 & 6 and also my strikers are missing wide all of a sudden

For mentality put Attacking,passing mixed,focus passing through the middle. You could also try win bonus

I would look to buy some ml/aml, mr/amr. You can only play this formation at the moment.
With these wingplayers you have more opurtunities and you can change your formation if needed.

I second Ricardo82 and Christian Christiansen on their advises.

this is what your instructions did to my team in a cup match (my team average 79.7 his 75.8) this my worse loss ever home or away :(
