Tactic advise

Hi,
I need to win against a little stronger opponent. The two team are attached as picture.
Could u pls give me a advice how to ?
And why is my team not shown as 4-4-2. Its shown as 4-1-3-2^^.

4-4-2 wont work against this formation.
Try notmal 4-3N-3 formation with normal mixed and zonal orders

4 3n 2(aml, amr) 1

if you want to attack, then choose attacking mentality, passing both flanks, pressing whole, tackling hard and no to counter.

If you need to play against a very strong opponent then I will try 3w 1 3n 1 2 normal mentality, passing through middle, normal tackling, yes to counter.

For your second question go to squad and click on formation and there you can edit your tactic naming convention as shown in pic below.
