how to beat 3w-3-2-2. is this illegal?

I usually beat this formation when i play with the normal 4-3-3
DL-DC-DC-DR
MC-MC-MC
ST-ST-ST
You will destroy his defence with 3 strikers.

Or maybe his opponent's AMCs will destroy him....
