 Tactical advice to counter 4 3 3

Up against 4 3 3 in a cup tie and the guy is up one level.
ME (Lvl 3) Vs. Opponent (Lvl 4)
Quality (30) Vs Quality (30) exactly the same
Away match I won while trying 2 or 3 different formation in a single match
.
Not convinced with my tactics. Any good advice?
Thank you!

3-5-2 Is the best to counter this formation or you can try 3-1-4-2.
Tactics: Normal Or Attacking if you got good defenders and goalkeeper, Red arrows on ML - MR. Blue Arrow On The Middle MC.
Zonal Marking, If your winning, try offside trap in 2nd half, Own half pressing, Mixed Passing. Long Passing. No Counter attack And Normal Tackling
