A solid formation with 3 men defense which however can come under real pressure against a team using 4 at the back and pushing their fullbacks on to support their wingers. Two wingbacks in the 3-4-1-2 comes under heavy pressure and the rest of the midfield must reshuffle to support otherwise things go wrong.
