How to play against 4-3-2W-1 ?

Hi all, anyone can advice what counter tactic works the best against 4-3-2W-1?

Can't really get much info on this in the forum.

I'm thinking about playing with AMC but unsure of what's the best formation?

3W-4-1-2 works? 3W defenders to stop the lone striker and AML/AMR. 1 AMC to take advantage of a missing DMC.
