Help with 3-4-1-2 formation playmakers (need answers, match in an hour!!)

So I have LM and RM with playmaker SA in formation 3-4-1-2 (switchable to 4-3W-2-1). Do I set my focus passing to down both flanks? Is it going to help anyhow?

3N-4-3. My team is stronger but it's an important league match so I just want to have the best conditions. Was curious if setting passing on flanks where the playmakers are would improve team's performance?

Definitely passing down the flanks since they only have 1 winger on each side, and have a fairly strong middle.

Thanks! That's what I was thinking but since I'm chaning passing focus for the first time (as far as I can remember) so wanted to be sure. We'll see how things work out.

I won 1-0 but I put up my reserve players for this match because I have an even more important cup match in 3h from now...
