Best offline formations ?

As i have to leave my team offline, i'll be able to check it now and then i would have to use a formation that
can fit all subs in case of injury, i came out with 3-3-2W-2.. I know its risky to use as if any of my defenders gets red i would be getting 20% possesion but i can't figure out another one.
it would be 4-3-2W-1 if i had a DL/DC/DR guy but i don't.

4-2-2-2 hex, because there is no way to get an illegal formation with a red card anywhere. It also allows you to use all the auto sub slots. I understand that at one point a player might be substituted in a position he is no trained on, but its impact will be minimal compared with an illegal formation penalty
