3-5v-2

Hello

can i ask for advice on the following formation...

3-5V-2:
----DC--DC--DC-----
--------DMC--------
----MC------MC-----
AML-------------AMR
----ST------ST-----

looking to play this if anyone has been successful with it also what tactic order and arrows would you suggest for me?

i am struggling so far and have seen this formation used abit

Attacking, down both flanks, Whole pitch, hard tackle, short pass, zonal marking.
Red arr's on AML/R, blue on DMC
You should play Offside Trap.
