Any idea how to counter this?

I am facing this formation for the first time. Any Idea how to counter the below formation?



And I am planning to go ahead with Maple Leaf but certainly not sure. Any better suggestions?

Hi mate I whould go with 3w-2dm-2mc-2w-1 it has worked for me against that formation

Don't need to worry too much..
My formation to kill off it:

3w-1-4-2

Normal/whole pitch/down both flanks/hard tackle/long pass/no offside/no counter
Red arrows ML/MR
