Maybe I should change my formation, but I don't know how!?

I have a match against him today at 17:30. (GMT +2)

To many arrows man and besides he will always beat u if u have just 1 DC. Try 5-3N-2
DL-DC-DC-DC-DR
MC-MC-MC
ST-ST

Take off the arrows in your defence and leave them empty, do you have an MR as that would be better than the DMR!, also as you are playing against a diamond set your orders to attack down both flanks.

Your playing on your phone obviously, and I don't know you lineup/roster, but if you can play 4-5-1 V-style that is:

GK
DL DC DC DR
DMC
MC MC
AML AMR
ST

Should be a good choice.

Att, flank, own, hard, short, zone.

No off, counter if you want.

down the DMC and up all the wingers seems to work for a lot of managers. Good Luck

And I like 4-2-2 or 4-3-3 tactic :D . 4-3-3 = offensive
