how to beat this team (in semi-final Cup)

hello everyone,

Well, its my 22th season in Top Eleven and this is the first time i reached the Semi-Final in CUP.
So the thing is, my opponent is level 22 (and i am level 21). He is not doin' well in the league (6-7th place), and i'm in the 1st place, thats just statistics blla blla . But, he's team is very strong than my.

I'm gonna show you his team and my. He plays 4-1-1-2-2 (some kind of ilegal formation) , i usually play 4-3-3, but some matches i used 4-1-3-2 and 4-1-2-1-2.

I need your adives, what formation to use, what kind of tactics, etc.

I want this CUP, for the first time!.

The 4-5-1V style formation will help you. Orders:
Mentality: Normal (If your AML and AMR are strong you can go Attacking mentality.)
Focus passing: Down both flanks
Pressing style: Own half
Tackling style: Normal
Passing style: Mixed
Marking style: Zonal
Force counterattacks: Yes
Play offsidetrap: No
Red arrows on DL/DR, AML/AMR and ST. Blue arrows on DCs, DMC and MCs.

That formation is not illegal, and 4-3-3 will not help you at all you need flanks.

i don't have an AMR for that formation o.O . Maybe i'd try the 3 (dc) -2 (dmr, dml) -3 (mc) -2 (st) formation what do ya think about that idea!?.
