How to counter stronger 4-4-1-1

Tomorrow I'm playing CL final with much stronger oponent (I'm 28.5, he is 32.9). He is playing mostly 4-4-1-1:

I know that counter formations table shows 3-5-2 Flat, 4-5-1 V-Style against him, but maybe something else, better you know :)

I have few questions:

1. Is any other formation for 4-4-1-1?
2. How looks 3-5-2 Flat?
3. Sometimes, he use 3-1-3-1-2 - any counter formation?
4. BTW - how to check his pravious games in league (not CL)?
