How to be 1st or 2nd in Champions League

I really wanna be 1st or 2nd in group stage. My tactic is

Can somebody recommend better tactic to be higher place.

I wouldn't use only one tactic :) Your formation can be countered by 4-4-2 or 4-5-1 V
