Because this is strange, play it like a 5-4-1 so, counter with

4-4-2 classic or 3-5-2 Flat

Tactics 'down both flanks' as this is obviously 'through the middle'.

3-5-2 flat looks more advantageous, good luck.

For me to give order for you is hard, as I do not know your line up and their Avg. Qty. and which formation you have picked. With 3-5-2 Flat I personally will up/red the wingers. Play normal, down both flanks, whole, hard, short, zone. UP the ML/MR, DOWN the center MC. Control the mid field and 3N DCs and the down MC should control the center attack. I like to counter, and make sure you "PLAY OFFSIDE!" with whole pitch control!

Please note, you must think for yourself, look at your players, look at his and then yours again.
Attack them where they are weak "down both flanks", and defend where they are strong "Down" your center MC.

Weird formations always gives weird unusual results! Good Luck.
