Is there any players that constantly get bad ratings? Also it is my belief that you should not have a player (your MC) have blue arrows when the player directly behind him does not have blue arrows. I feel like it kind of prevents your DMC from doing much because the player up the field from him is all about defense

Like RJ said: remove arrow from your MC (change it with red arrow if you want), and put a blue arrow on DMC. And orders try
attacking, whole pitch, both flancs, hard, mixt, zonal with offside trap.
