formations and counter formationes

i believe wining and losing is random thing or depend into many things but maybe with better ball position you get better result i see many suggest 4-5-1V against all formation not sure if its good or bad but maybe someone with more knowledge can set table formation that give better ball position
now to my silly question i am playing against 4-1-3w-2

my team (forget about current formation was playing as counter in CL)

need all the win to secure good position in league now shoot your arrows and thoughts
