This is offensive formation so you don't need attacking mentality, you could play with normal.
Maybe it's weird, but I'd place blue arrows on 2 attackers and one mc. No red arrows.
If your opponent is significantly weaker, remove blue arrows.
Most important rule about 4-3n-3 is not to use it against 4-1-4-1.

Remember that a lot of managers use red arrows, so someone (wise one) has to use blue ;).
