How to beat 4-3W-1-2

Hey Guys,

my next Match is against a Team i allready played against but sadly i only scored a Draw (1:1)

My Team is way stronger then his and i tried 3w-1-4-2

I think i did go with Normal Mentality - Focus both Flanks - Pressing whole Pitch - passing Long

I tried to find good options to play with and thought im gonna go with this:
