how can i win against this formation ?? :/

Hello i'm having a hard match Tomorrow against an equal team
but he is using an strange formation i dont know how to counter it
So i hope somebody can give some help ^^
he is using 3N-3W(DML-DMC-DMR)-2N-1 Amc - 1 ST
