depend on your players really i have used both formation heavy and both work fine even though some players not in position (ST on AML/AMR position) when you don't have any plan to counter opponent just go 4-4-2 its natural with most formation specially if your higher quality only weakness found in 4-5-1V (am talking about my team here)4-4-2ND and 4-3-3 formation break it from middle
