How to counter 3-2-2-3 ?

hello all,

wonder if any of you could recommend a good strategy to beat 3-2-2-3 ?

For the champions league semi-finals. First game away, resulted in a 1-1. I used a 4-5-1 v style.

My team is slightly better in terms of squad/players skills/"stars" (31.1 vs 30.2).
