Ok, Simply if you only have less than 3 healthy players in the back row, you will lose possession %.

Well, basic of possession in football is (central) mildfield. You have only one player in the middle so it's obvious that he can't keep ball without help. Switch your one of your ST with mc (formation butterfly) or maybe amc/dmc.
Why do you use so much red arrows?

You can use 3 CDs also. I see you got a CD on the bench

But i am limited on players as they are mostly injured!!!
