Poor Possession

Why is my possession 20 in every single match? Please someone explain

You might want to read the Top Eleven Official Wiki

But i will quote the relevant bit:

"Some formations are not allowed in Top Eleven and may lead to 20% ball possession, which in turn reduces the chance of victory.
Throughout the whole match you must have:

• a goalkeeper (blue)
• at least three defenders (green) (DL/DC/DR)
• at least one striker (red)
• at least one player on both flanks.
• at least four players in the opponents half (ML/MC/MR or AML/AMC/AMR or ST)
• at least three players in the midfield section (AML/AMC/AMR and/or ML/MC/MR and/or DML/DMC/DMR)

One player on each flank is enough, but three players on the same flank will also lead to 20% possession. "

Just go down that list,

Do you have at least three defensemen on the pitch? This means on THE BACK LINE.

Do you have at least one winger on each side, but no more than two wingers on either side?

Do you have at least four men on their side?

Do you have at least three yellow roled players?

What is yellow rolled?

But your problem is only two on back line.

So all i need is 3 on the back line and it should be fine? Why can't i use this formation then? I thought this was a football game?

I do not know why, just that's part of this game. I DO understand that it is an actual formation, it's just in this game you will have 20% if don't have 3 on the back line.

Okay thank you for the help, i just need to try and buy some DL AND DR as i sold all mine So i assume all teams on this game have atleast 3 on the back line?
