New formation that beat 4-4-2 C & 4-5-1 v style

i just give info to all managers that i just been defeated by this formation :
4-3w-1-2 & 4-3w-3 >>>

dl-dc-dc-dr
ml-mc-mr
amc
st-st

&
dl-dc-dc-dr
ml-mc-mr

maybe i just noob manager or you give a fool table formation, that i dont care.
i use 4-5-1v style to counter that 4-3w-1-2 above and lose 1-3 in my home (CL semifinal)
i use 4-4-2 flat to counter that 4-3w-3 above and lose 0-2 in my home (Cup semifinal)
and today 5 hour later i play cup away, then CL tomorrow in away too.

any real advice, managers? i hope u respect my question, thanks. bravo.

note : quality of mine 20, the versus 18 & 20

I just beat 4-1-4-1 with 4-3w-1-2. Unbeaten player thus far and slightly better team.
The only way to find it is to use the formation yourself against the hardest teams in your friends list.

Against 1 mc and no dmc formations wide diamond works good.
