Don't use 4-3w-3. This formation is now crappy. As alternative to 43w3 you could use 4 3w 1 2 (amc instead of st).
If i'm gonna use 4 (DL-2DC-DR) - 5 (ML-3M-MR) - 1 ST.... Tactics... Then what would be the best order for it?

Mentality... Passing...Tackling... etc etc...
