Counter for 4-1(mc)-3(aml-amc-amr)-2

Need help against stronger opponent who is using 4-1mc-3aml,amc,amr-2. I dont have dml/dmr so any suggestions? I'm thinking of 4-1-4-1 , deffensive, own half, hard tackling, long passes.

4-5-1 v style... defensive, down the flanks, own half, normal tackling, mixed passing, zonal marking. counter on offside off. red arrows on AML/R & DMC.

10x , i would try it. I made a practise match using 4-1dmc-3mc(narrow)-2 , deffensive, own half, thru the middle, long passes, normal tackling, no offsides, no counters, but i was loosing 0-1 at half time. Then changed to 4-1-4-1 mixed and made it 1-2 in the end. He is very tough guy...
