How to beat this very strong team? His rating 46.3 compared to my 44.9. He uses 4-4-2 classic. I tried using 4-4-2 ND diamond but lose 0-2 in the league last time. I don't have any wingers(ml,mr,aml,amr).

use 4-1-3(mc)-2
you cant, that it. The ONLY way is to play same formation 4-4-2 with hard tackle man on man defensive and pray for the best. Or 4-4-1-1....and same - pray for the best.

4-1-4-1 is best against 4-4-2 that's better than you.
I managed to win him 4-2 with 4-3(mc)-1-2 but only in extra time (friendly)
I don't have any wingers so i cant do 4-1-4-1
