How to Counter 3-1-2-2-1 with which tactics

How can I counter this formation and what tactics should I use?

Well, there is no a perfect tactic for each formation. It depends (A LOT!) on the players you have and how is their moral and their condition, but I would use two strikers and a defensive midfielder on each flank with three central defenders, for example something like it:

I started with 4-5-1 V-style today against this formation but after 45min still 0-0. So i switched to 4-4-2c and won 3-0
