Please help how to counter 4-3-3

Hi guy,

I would highly appreciate if you all could provide our your feedback, I had just finished the season but it was disappointing. Nevertheless

I played played qualifying round with this other team and cost 1-3, will be playing them on second leg. Hence if you could please advise how could I counter the formation and what playing style is recommended?
