How to beat 4-3-3?

Hi guys which formation should I use against

DL DC DC DR
MC MC MC (N)
ST ST ST (N)

4-1-4-1 Defensive, counter attack, down the flanks.

4-5-1 flat , normal , hard tackling !

5-3-2 flat,coz ı m using 4-3-3 and have never beaten this formation in my league

4-1-4-1 is working for me
