Help me out guys, this guy is unbeaten in our league. i see him playing friendlies and he looses, but when he plays league matches, not changing his formation, he wins... kinda weird, but works for him. what counter would you use?

It looks like illegal ...
but for sure I would use 4-5 M

So someone used the same formation as I told you. Ha! That's funny.
Mentality: Normal (or defensive if he gets more possession and shots)
Passing: Through the middle
Pressing: own half
Tackling: Normal
Passing: mixed
Marking: zonal
