How to counter 5-2-2(AML/AMR)-1?

So how the title says, I'll be facing this team today:

Any ideas how to counqer a 5-2-2(AML/AMR)-1 formation? Thanks!

4-4-1-1. Blue arrows on MR/ML. red arrow on AMC. Down the flanks. Mixed passing. Own half. Zonal. Normal mentality.

his weakness is in center , so you have to use AMC . but i rather have 2 ST instead of 1, otherwise those 5 Def will eat him if he was alone striker
key is to stop his wingers but keep team balanced
i personally would had played 3-2W-2N-1-2, focusing in attacking in mid with short passes, try mix passes and mix direction attack if it didn't work

How are you supposed to get the rests and morale tokens from the game on the computer ...the videos we wattched to get free tokens now they have taken it off ffs ????
