How to counter 3N-1-4-2?

I'm playing against a decent 3N-1-4-2 team with a quality of 59.4. My team has a quality of 63.3. Played 4-5-1 V against this formation in the past with no luck and was thinking of playing 4-1-2-1-2 ND but not so sure as this formation can easily be countered down the flanks. My opposition I'm playing tomorrow actually beat a VERY solid scout team 1-0 who was playing the 4-1-2-1-2 ND just to give everyone the heads up.

I would greatly appreciate if anyone could help me with a strong formation with orders to effectively counter the 3N-1-4-2. I NEED to win this match tomorrow as I can't afford to lose this match. Thank you!

What orders and arrows should I use? I forgot to state I'm playing at home

normal or defensive mentality, blue arrows on DCs and maybe even MCs. Red arrows on AML and AMR. Use passing down both flanks, normal or long style passing
