Hmm, tommorow i play vs the leader of my league and i play at home i need help for win easy this formation, i lost 1-0 first match and i play 4-5-1

3n-1-4-2 should work. You can also try with 3n-1-5-1 and 3n-1-4-1-1

what is n ?

N= narrow, W=wide, that is often used on this forum.
In this case 3n means 3dc.

Hm... Try with passing through flanks or mixed, zonal marking, blue arrows on 2 of 3 DC, red on ML and MR, own half pressing.
Since you lost 1st match, i'd suggest attacking mentality, you have to risk...

Remove arrows from central mildfielders. You could be too much exposed for opponents counter-attacks.
Don't forget you have only 3 defenders and he will likely use arrows on ST and AMC. Defending is important part of game too.
