How do i counter this formation 3n-1dmc-2(ml/mr)-1amc-3st

this guy always beat me in league matches even in friendlies with this formation..
ST-ST-ST
AMC
ML-MR
DMC
DC-DC-DC

any idea how do i beat his team?
his quality is 38.0 and mine is 35.9

4-5-1V style. Don't ever use a 3 defenders formations when facing 3 ST's

i already tried that formation and still lost 3-1 :(
