Attacking mentality, Focused passing through the middle, short-mixed passing (depending on how much possession you want)
**short passing = more possession, less run-ups forward (I usually use this)
** mixed = balanced possession and run-ups
If your players are better than his use man-on-man marking with own half pressing and counter attacking, normal tackling
If his players are better, use zonal marking with full pitch pressing (your players will tire a bit but u will keep him in check), normal or hard tackling, depending on his free-kickers (good= normal, bad= hard)
