Help: Counter 4-3W-2-1

What would be the best formation and tactics against 4-3W-2AMC-1. I've used 4-5-1 flat and the 3-2-3-1-1 against him and lost both times!

The only formation you can't really counter. I'd play 4-1-2-3 through the middle
