I played about 10 games with this tactic and lose 2(with the same result 1-2), win 8. In 2 games, one he played with 4-1-3n-2 and one with 4-1-3w-2. But, I think 4-1-3n-2 is more dangerous than 4-1-3w-2(or 4-3w-1-2). In fact, I lost from freekicks or cornerkicks, not from open attacks. 4-3n-2w-1 maybe dangerous too. Luckily, I can change my tactic to Butterfly, so that's not a big problem.
PS: My orders are Mentality Normal/ Mix passing(Through the flanks)/ Whole pitch pressing/ Normal Tackling/ Mix passing/ Zone Defense/ No counter/ No offside. That worked great.
