Question for all successfull managers

I want ask to all managers can our teams give good performance with one formation? Because I tired to changing formation . I like to little change in formation as 4141 we can change IT 451 v style. I don't want too much change in my formation. I like to change team orders. My main question is that can our team give good performance in one formation with changing orders . How many managers like to play with one formation. I want advice and explainlation every one
