How to beat weird formation?

This is the weird formation,
dr-dc-dc-dc-dl
dmr-----------
-----mc------ml
----st--st-------
It has proved very effective for that team as he have not lose or draw yet with anyone.
I am thinking 4-3N-1-2 but not sure if will work or not.
Pleas suggest formation without involving flanks and with orders and arrows.

lets say it's 4-1-3W-2 and I usually counter it by using 4-4-2 classic
