I too need help. 4-4-1-1 formation, what to do?

I'd try a 3w-1-4-2 or 3w-5-2V since your flanks midfielders are better than your central midfielders.

Attacking, down the flanks, whole pitch, short passing, zonal, no counter, offsides. Red arrows on DL, DR, ML/AML and MR/AMR. Blue arrows on MC's!!!

Max win bonus, superb morale, max conditioning...

If those are working, maybe a 3w-2n-3w-2, 3w-4-1-2 or 3w-4-3! I'm not a huge fan of going with 2 MC's against 2 MC's and an AMC, but since you'll probably need to win this game by 3 goals, selling out and going for an all-out attack might be necessary.

I think the attacking, whole pitch pressing is a must because of your opponents 4 away goals.
